Cementitious Fireproofing

Cementitious fireproofing (SFRM — spray-applied fire resistive material) is the economical, proven solution for large-area structural steel fire protection: columns, beams, joists and metal decking in plant rooms, warehouses, basements and back-of-house areas. UL fire tested to ASTM E119 and manufactured locally in Dammam, the Monokote system delivers code-compliant ratings at low in-place cost. EJAD provides supply and certified application.

  • Monokote MK-6/HY — UL tested SFRM for columns, beams, trusses and decking
  • Firebond — UL-classified bonding agent and surface sealer for SFRM

Why source cementitious fireproofing documentation from EJAD?

cementitious fireproofing — EJAD fireproofing contractor Saudi Arabia

Every cementitious fireproofing document in this library belongs to a system EJAD actually applies on site. We are not a directory — we are the applicator: our certified teams have protected over 1.5 million m² of structural steel across Saudi Arabia, and the cementitious fireproofing datasheets, certificates and guides here are the same documents our engineers submit to consultants and the Saudi Civil Defense on real projects.
